Bio: I am a mother, wife, sister, daughter and friend. I am fascinated by how the mind works although I am no psychologist! Through my own experiences of PTSD and general life lessons, I have come to value the practices of Mindfulness and Yoga. I have a deep and urgent need in me to share these practices with others in the hopes that they will find benefit as I have. I have been practicing Yoga since 2006 and gained my 200 hour RYT certificate as a Vinyasa and Hatha instructor in 2008 under the guidance of Cherryl Duncan from Living Yoga in Johannesburg. I strive for Mindfulness in everything I do - although this is something I need to keep practicing and practicing... I am a recognised Mindfulness Africa trainer.
